If a player clicks on the Lightwell (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=724) while in combat, he will not be able to click on it again, no matter how many stacks there are left. Once the player leaves combat, he is able to use the lightwell again. Out of combat, the player can use the lightwell after a small amount of time passes after he uses it once but in combat, a player can click on it just once.
