With the findings in this ticket and in #30586 we can conclude that shadowbolts need to be changed to a repeat timer of 2 to 3 seconds and that the initial timing of FV should be between 5 and 35 seconds. Ghost timer should always be together with Volley.
DnD could be confirmed to be correct via logs.
Fanatics:
Vampiric Might initial timer is most likely a set value, not a range. We can almost certainly say that this timer should be 15 or 16 seconds.
Dark Martyrdoms occur way too often on RG. Also the timer should be between 6 and 55 seconds, not 18 to 32.
Necrotic Strike repeat Timer needs to be adjusted: Should be 10 to 20 seconds, not 11 to 13.
Shadow Cleave Timer needs to be adjusted: Should be 10 to 16 seconds, not 10 to 11.
Adherents:
init timers are way too high. Should be:
Curse of Torpor: 6 to 10 seconds
Deathchill: 3 to 5 seconds
Shroud of the occult: 12 to 21 seconds
Also these shouldn't have the ability frost fever.
Adds use their abilities throughout the fight.

Fkin fed up with this bullshit.
tl;dr
init timers are way too high. Should be:
Curse of Torpor: 6 to 10 seconds | Curse of Torpor is currently getting cast way too few times because of the deathchill spam. Curse of Torpor and Shroud should have higher priority than Deathchill.
Deathchill: 3 to 5 seconds
Shroud of the occult: 12 to 21 seconds
Also whoever gave these fucks Frost Fever is an absolute bellend. They don't use this spell, the instances in logs where they cast this spell on a player is with the reflection of "Shroud of the Occult".

Dark Empowerment/Dark Transformation analysis:
Insufficient data from 2010 - out of the many many logs in 2010 there was only 1 instance where an add was transformed.
No data from 2009.
No data from 2011.

While looking at logs (25nh) also consider the date of
Hotfix (2010-01-05): "The Lady Deathwhisper encounter has seen the following changes in the 25 player normal version: mana pool has been reduced, the health on all adds has been reduced, and Adherents will wait a little longer after spawning before they start casting."

All logs were from 25hc and were generated after that date anyway.
Seems my query for last night's analysis had an error, prob should stop working tired af. From the logs provided by vaeterchenfrost we can see that our timers for Dark Transformation/Dark Empowerment are most likely correct.

We are talking about the initial timer, right? Because that is already the case. After the first volley, the spirit's timer doesn't match the volley's timer anymore.
