Das Muster: Arkanrüstungsset dropt bei uns momentan ausschließlich im HC.
Auf WoWhead ist aber zu lesen, dass es auch im NM droppen sollen.

Dropped on Normal mode for me, so yes, it drops on both normal and heroic. It should also be noted that the drop rate is not likely as low as it is listed on Wowhead as with all other BoP patterns, since only Leatherworkers can see it.
Die Droprate von 10% (sofern ein Lederverarbeiter anwesend ist) scheint stimmig zu sein.
