Wenn man die Kommentare durchliest, fallt einem auf, dass das erst mit Patch 5.3.0 der Fall ist:"As of 5.3 he also drops Netherwing Egg. Not sure if this is a 100% drop chance but my first run of 5.3 he dropped 3 eggs for me."

kann man allerdings nur unter patch 5.3.0 finden, war davor auch nicht im loot siehe http://wowpedia.org/Patch_5.3.0_(undocumented_changes)

Alles klar, dann wurde es ja geklärt :)
