In Dalaran sollten immer wieder NPCs umherwandern und sich wie ein "Spieler" verhalten indem sie verschiedenen Tätigkeiten nachgehen und dann wieder verschwinden.

He repeatedly asks directions from the mages in Runeweaver Square, but tends to be rather polite to them with a /bow.

Part of the "Player-like" NPC that sporadically roam Dalarn. There are 20 total, one for every class and faction. If you're looking for these guys it helps to turn on "NPC nameplates" because they are all flagged for PvP.
