[Mondfest][Item] Elunes Kerze - Schaden auf Omen zu gering

Elunes Kerze ( https://db.rising-gods.de/?item=21713 ) macht zu wenig Schaden gegen Omen:
54x genutzt, Ø 803 Schaden
Quellen im Internet berichten abweichend, der Schaden ist jedoch stets auf min. 1000 im Gegensatz zum Wert auf RG.
1) 1000 - 1600 Schaden
The Elune's Candle is incredibly useful in this fight - everyone should have one! While it has it's own cooldown, it is not on the GCD. This means that you can use an ability, then use the candle while your global cooldown is running. This is an extra 1000-1600 damage in between every attack, without reducing your DPS/heals/threat.
Make sure everyone has a candle on a hotkey, and explain to them how to use it between their GCD abilities. Since DPS is the question with this fight (1 80 tank and healer can stay alive) it will be a big time saver.

2) 1000 Schaden
I used the candle on Omen from a level 70 warlock and a level 11 rogue, both were hitting Omen at just above 1000 each hit. It would be funny to see a raid made up of a level 80 tank and healer, and a bunch of lowbies! It should work, except for a Starfall of 2500+. Changed wording to clarify my original thought, but now Wowhead has the changes in their database, so it's a bit redundant: Valadar Starsong now vendors most items rather than giving them as quest rewards.

Das Item sollte auch nutzbar sein, um seine Sternenregen-Fähigkeit zu unterbinden:
1) It will launch fireworks at Omen which will do damage and silence him for awhile.

Ich konnte auf RG jedoch keinen Effekt auf dem Boss erkennen bei der Itemnutzung.
Laut Wowhead ( https://www.wowhead.com/spell=26374/elunes-candle ) sollte das Item auch keinerlei Bedrohung durch den Effekt erzeugen, scheint es aber zu tun: andere Spieler niedrigen Levels konnten Omen angreifen ohne Aggro zu bekommen nachdem ich das Item einige Male auf den Boss genutzt hatte.
