auch hier sieht man es schön zwischen dem Autohit und dem Clearcast liegt eine halbe Sekunde, dazwischen ein Shred.

zum Patch 3.0.2 gabs ein Update bei dem Clearcasting nur auf Auto Attacks Procen lies und zusätzlich hatte Omen einen Internal cooldown von 6 sec

jedoch wurde sowohl der Internal Cooldown als auch die Procs auf only auto hits raus genommen.

kurze Gedanken dazu, um zu Beweisen das RG falsch liegt, muss die Argumentation anders angehen.

3. RG Logs mit Method Logs vergleichen -> da es Logs nicht mehr gibt, muss du damit leben

Kritik:

die Logs (nicht mehr einsehbar, wiel es WoL nicht mehr gibt) sind auch unvollständig
Beispiel 1 fehlen die Autoattacks komplett, somit nicht aussagekräftig
Beispiel 2 fehlt der Autoattack nach dem Krit & durch serverlatenz usw. sollte das theoretisch von der Zeit passen (0,5-0,7 Attackspeed - proccs usw?)
Beispiel 3 fehlt der Autoattack nach dem Clearcast ( und auch da wieder theoretisch passt das (0,5-0,7 Attackspeed - proccs usw?)

Zunächst: Das Problem an den Logs ist, dass die Procs verzögert kommen, man kann also nicht feststellen, wovon genau.

Das würde ich nicht so interpretieren, dass es für Melees auf alles proct. Das kann auch lediglich auf Casts bezogen gemeint sein um zu verdeutlichen, dass es auf Nicht-Druiden-Zauber ebenso proct.
In #31231 hatten wir Zermalmen zu den Ausnahmen hinzugefügt, das dort referenzierte Video ist vom 22.09.2009. An dem Tag kam Patch 3.2.2 raus, also vmtl vom Patch davor, das ist dann Patch 3.2.0

Darauf bezogen kann man in dem Bluepost hier auch nicht lesen, dass es auf ausnahmslos alles procct, sondern genau das Gegenteil:

In the next data push, you will find Omen of Clarity has been changed a bit. The 10 second cooldown has been removed, the procs per minute has been raised from 2 to 3.5, and melee abilities no longer trigger it.

Ich kann hier nicht lesen, dass zunächst OoC nicht mehr auf Melee Fähigkeiten proct und dann doch wieder eingebaut wurde. Verwirrend finde ich allerdings, dass in 3.0.2 der ICD erwähnt wird, obwohl im Bluepost, der zeitlich früher verfasst wurde, extra gesagt wurde, dass sie es rausnehmen werden. Also entweder ist es in den Patchnotes falsch formuliert oder nachträgliche Änderungen hierzu wurden nicht dokumentiert.

Hier wird erwähnt, dass der ICD dann in 3.0.3 rausgenommen wurde (taucht nicht in den offiziellen Notes auf), aber nicht, dass es für Melees auf mehr proct.

In dem Twitter Post von Celestalon steht außerdem:

In dem von dir zitierten Post

Pre-3.1, Omen only proc'd off of auto attacks when you did not use Maul. But with 3.1, they addressed the issue that made most full bear-spec'd druids not even get Omen. It now procs properly during auto attacks even when Maul is being used.

wird explizit der Fall AA+Maul erklärt, gibt aber keinen Aufschluss darüber, dass jetzt alle Melee Spells das procen würden.

Insgesamt seh ich hier also eigentlich noch keine Grundlage, das Procverhalten zu ändern. Interessant und vmtl am aufschlussreichsten wäre ne genauere Info zu 3.1, im oben geposteten offiziellen Patch Note Forum kann man die Änderung zumindest nicht finden
