this buff counts as a battle elixir buff.
Tried to use Winterfall Firewater with this buff on, and the Firewater canceled the fire festival fury buff.

Getting this buff while having flask of the north on you does not revome the flask or the buff, however rebuffing flask of the north removes this buff.
