Shadowfiend (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=34433) can use Shadowcrawl (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=63619) while rooted. This is very wrong and abusable.

Here you can see it can't be used while it's stunned, it shouldn't be usable if the fiend is under ANY form of hard CC (root, stun, fear)
