While the player has the quest Tree's Company (https://db.rising-gods.de/?quest=9531) in his quest log, Admiral Odesyus (https://db.rising-gods.de/?npc=17240) should have a conversation option:
Admiral, I need another tree disguise kit.
Clicking on this, should provide the player with a Tree Disguise Kit (https://db.rising-gods.de/?item=23792) if he doesn't already have one.
