While the player has the quest Nightstalker Clean Up, Isle 2... (https://db.rising-gods.de/?quest=9456) in his quest log, Exarch Menelaous (https://db.rising-gods.de/?npc=17116) should have a conversation gossip option available that says:
Where can I find more infected nightstalker runts, Exarch?
Clicking on this should show this gossip text:
The infected nightstalker runts seems to be coming from the north. If I were you, that's where I would start my hunt.
