While the player has the quest The Great Moongraze Hunt 2 (https://db.rising-gods.de/?quest=10324), Acteon should offer a conversation gossip option that says:
Acteon, where is the best place to hunt moongraze bucks?
Clicking on it should show this gossip text:
Just north of Azure Watch is where you will have the best luck finding moongraze bucks.
