RG Live WotLK 3.3.5a

Currently, there are a few tickets related to Brewfest Ram Racing issues spread out in a couple of tickets. Since I've been overhauling everything related to the Ram Racing, I will gather everything here and close the others.

• "Apples sometimes do not reset the fatigue of the Ram." --> Status: Fatigue should now always properly reset if player is close enough to the apples.
• "You often have to ride several times around Keg Delivery NPC to actually get the keg delivered." --> Status: Unable to reproduce, no changes.
• "You do not get any barrels tossed if you have done any "Bark for..." quest." --> Status: Players should now kegs even if they have the "Bark for..." quests in quest log/done, as long as they are completed and not in progress.
• "There and Back Again should be a daily quest." --> Status: This was never a repeatable quest in WOTLK, but instead you have the gossip option to get another ram and get as many tokens as possible in the limited time - Source.
• "After having quest There and Back Again", picking up keg, accidentally deleting the keg and re-taking quest, the kegs no longer gets thrown on any tries after that." --> Status: Unable to reproduce, no changes.

• Corrected text, gossip options & gossip conditions for both Ram Masters. Players should now always be able to repeat the gossip triggered Ram Racing properly.
• Players will be able to repeat the gossip triggered Ram Racing every 12-18h (randomly resets inbetween here).

If issues with players not properly being able to reset fatigue with apples or having a hard time delivering kegs are able to be reproduced, they will be looked into more.
