When you open https://db.rising-gods.de/?quest=11434 you see that there are two prequests which aren't available for players. This is caused by inserts in the quest_template.nextquestidchain field. This doesn't causes any problems ingame and the chain starts blizzlike at "Forgotten Treasures".
It is only a bit confusing when looking into our db.
