When the player has the quest Alpha Worg (or the Horde-Version) active he has the aura Eyes of the Eagle so that he can see Garwal. But if the player also have the aura Worg Disguise on him Garwal is friendly to the player. Blizzlike he should be hostile to the player and attack him if the player walks into the aggro-range.
