The Quests 'The Slumbering King' (Alliance ID 11452, Horde ID 11453) are having a prequest. Blizzlike they shouldn't have any prequests.
The Items which are starting the quests should have conditions, that they only drop if the quests, which are the prequests at the moment, are turned in.
And so you have nearly the same condition, but at another place.
