[NPC] Lake Snapper

Update Text Deutsch:
[npc=33710|Seeschnapper] und [npc=33711|Verseuchter Seeschnapper] spawnen nun korrekt.

Description:
Plagued Snapper / Lake Snapper are not spawned in the world and I believe they should be in 3.3.5a.
Current behaviour:
They're not spawned.
Expected behaviour:
According to these wowhead posts they should be spawned in Ghostlands/Eversong Forest. It seems they were added in 3.1 but I can't find them anywhere.
