Reputation on both Gelkis and Margram faction caps at 5999/6000 instead of capping at 11999/12000 like it was on retail.

In addition all associated NPCs ( M / G ) award the wrong amount of reputation. A player gains 100 rep on kill and loses 500 - which should be 20/100.
