Hello, I hope you are doing well today.
I unfortunately examined a strong case of Bathmophobia at the NPC "Grark Lorkrub", therefore you cannot complete his associated Quest "Precarious Predicament".
The Questevent seems to continue without his presence, all enemies who try to ambush you do spawn and the Shadowform of Lexlord appears as well but unfortunately this does not complete the Prisoner Transport part of the Quest.

You can observe his fear of slopes where he prefers to act as a ghost rather than a corrupted Orc in the following Video which I recorded while hoping for him to decide to overcome his fear - unsuccessfully.
