When the player walks through the Decomposing Ghouls for the quest The Shining Light the ghouls try to attack the player. In most cases the ghouls don't reach the player but if they do, the player gets slowed. Blizzlike they should walk away some yards from the player.
!!! This should only be if the player has the aura "Shining Light" (43202 or 43203) active!!!
