Grobbulus drops these Slimes when he gets to the ledge in the second room of the Construct quarter.They hit fairly low but make sure one of your tanks keeps an eye untill whole raid passes through the room.

Grobbulus uses this before he is aggro'd and killed. It spawns the slime that is in the center of the 2nd room of the instance. He will re-summon one if its dead every time he patrols to the top of his ramp overlooking this room.
