Ebenso wie ehemals beim General selbst ist die Hitbox des Saronitanimus zu gering.
Desweiteren ist er spottbar, was er nicht sein sollte, wie man diesem Kommentar entnehmen kann:

The Saronite Animus will spawn exactly where Vezax begins the encounter, by the door to Yogg's room. It is not tauntable and will require Misdirect, Tricks, or a very aware tank to pick him up if you are not using two tanks for the encounter. The timing is such that it will spawn at the same time that Vezax uses Surge of Darkness, so make sure your healers are aware that the tank will be taking massive damage as soon as the add spawns.
