Be really careful fighting these guys, their fireballs hit hard for their level. And if you get another add you are in for a ride.
My tip is to try and pull them back away from the the other NPCs so they dont run and aggro, if you need help pulling them back, try running behind a building and waiting for them to come to you.

I arrived at Moonbrook, and spotted a lvel 14 Pillager right away. I made sure I was at full health and mana, along with my trusty Wolf. I targeted the Pillager, and pressed the Arcane Shot button.
