Der Buff von dem Bufffood und der normal Sättigungsbuff sollten nicht stacken tun sie aber.

Also having the Well Fed buff and then using your Dragon Breath Chili is going to remove the Well Fed buff. This goes for all Well Feds, not just the one I linked.

Das gleiche gilt übrigens für alle lowlvl buff, sowohl bufffood als auch flaks/pot
