After You kill the 6 Demons, or anyone else kills them for the daily quest, The Battle for the Sun's Reach armory, this guy spawns and walks out of the portal in the town square. Once dead anyone can stick a banner in him to compleat the quest regardless of wether or not theres one in him already. Have fun
This adds the script for it :>
6kills -> npcs spawns and walks around.
