Die Dropprate der Teufelsdrüse stimmt nicht. Ab Patch 3.0.8 sollte die Droprate 100% betragen, sofern man die Q besitzt.

Confirmed. This quest is very easy now. I'm almost to Revered, doing this quest every day, and I have always had 100% drop rate, and no bugged camps.

Double confirmed, 100% for me. Once I got 12, they stopped dropping tho, so that hasn't changed, unfortunately. As far as no bugged camps, I would guess it's due to barely anyone doing the quest anymore, therefore there's less of a chance of running into a bug, thus making it so that the bug is in the fact that someone had already poisoned that camp.
