When the player turns in the quest The Emitter (https://db.rising-gods.de/?quest=9312) , Technician Zhanaa (https://db.rising-gods.de/?npc=17071) will lose her quest giver flag for the duration of the RP that follows. This not blizzlike and could also cause a bottleneck area during launch. https://youtu.be/-CqiRz4i-lo?t=582 Here you can she doesn't lose the quest giver flag even tho the RP plays and the player is able to pick up the next quest one right away.
