*NOW:* Vanilla creatures have between 1-4 reference loot templates that contain epic items in their creature_loot_template. All of the mobs except one single entry (mentioned later) have a 0.1% chance per template with an average of 3 reference loot templates that contain only epic items. This means that players have an average chance of 0.3%~ to loot an epic item every time they kill a mob (1 per 333~ kill) in one of the vanilla zones (except low level zones that does not drop epics). The following entry seems to have an unusually high drop rate: 

 "Red Wyrmkin":https://db.rising-gods.de/?npc=1046#drops:50-14+1 ---> 1% chance to drop an epic 

 *SOLUTION*: Lowering the drop chance of each Vanilla Epic Reference Loot Template from 0.1% to 0.01% will give players an average chance of 0.03% (1 per 3333~ kills) to loot an epic item. This should be a lot closer to the actual drop rate back then. Keep in mind that it is almost impossible to get exact numbers here and the number I've chosen is a rough estimate based on the data I've gone through. It is by no means exact. However, it should serve a lot better than the current values. Exploitable mob mentioned above are also fixed.
