Anmut der Natur setzt die Castzeit des Wirbelsturms nicht runter.

Blizzlike: - wie sollte es sein
Anmut der Natur soll von Wirbelsturm genutzt und verbraucht werden können ( 1,5 Sec Spell -> 1,0 Sec Spell).
