Der Kommentar im Wowhead-Forum ist jedoch falsch, korrekt sind 15 PPM. Zumindest mitm Merge sind die auch drin.
Ich kann auch weder die 100% Procchance noch die Skalierung der Heilung mit ZM bestätigen, ist bei mir beides nicht der Fall (aufm Liveserver).
