Nach Annahme der Quest Heilmittel benötigt (45min Zeitlimit) wird die Quest Suche nach dem Gegengift aktiviert.

Wenn die Zeit bei Heilmittel benötigt abläuft, kann
- Suche nach dem Gegengift nicht mehr angenommen werden
- die fertige Quest "Heilmittel benötigt" dennoch abgegeben werden
- die fertige Quest "Suche nach dem Gegengift" nicht mehr abgegeben werden (kein Questsymbol/Sprechen mit Kor'ghan nicht möglich)

Beim Abbrechen der Quests werden keine Questgegenstände zerstört.

Wenn die Zeit bei Heilmittel benötigt abläuft, sollte
- Suche nach dem Gegengift nicht angenommen werden können? (keine Quelle, daher: funktioniert)
- die fertige Quest "Heilmittel benötigt" nicht mehr abgegeben werden können (fehlschlagen)
- die fertige Quest "Suche nach dem Gegengift" dennoch abgegeben werden können, ebenso wenn "Heilmittel benötigt" abgebrochen wurde

Beim Abbrechen der Quest "Heilmittel benötigt" sollte das Siechstachelgegengift entfernt werden, aber beim Abbrechen der Quest "Suche nach dem Gegengift" sollten keine Giftbeutel eines Siechstachelskorpiden entfernt werden

If you don't want to mess with doing the whole time quest thing I suggest this using this little loop hole that I found, it's pretty sleezy. Get the quest then run to Orgrimar to the Cleft of Shadows which gives you a quest to go back out and get (4) Venom Tails, once you get the venom tail quest go ahead and abandon the Need for a Cure quest (don't worry you are going to get it again). Then, go out and get the venom tails from the scorpions (at this point you can take your sweet time and not get frustrated). The drop rate is pretty good. Then go back to the Cleft of Shadow and turn in the Venom Tail quest and get the Antivenom. Run back out to Rhinag(SP) and accept the need for a cure quest. At that point you can turn it back in immediately. QUICK AND EASY! If this is a repeat I apologize, I didn't read all of the previous comments.

In previous patches you could complete the antidote quest after the timer had run out, then abandon and retake it. This is no longer possible as abandoning the quest destroys the antidote. I learnt this the hard way. I think it would however be possible to retake this quest after you have collected the mats but before you have the antidote. Then completing it before time runs out again.

I think it would however be possible to retake this quest after you have collected the mats but before you have the antidote. I did this quest, and I was able to do exactly that to complete it under 45 minutes.

It is still possible to turn in this quest after the timer runs out if you still have the antidote. Don't abandon the quest. Instead just go back to Rhinag and pick up the quest again. You can then immediately turn in the antidote. Just make sure you don't abandon the quest. Doing so will destroy the antidote. Just leave it "(failed)" in your quest log until you pick it up again.

Der letzte Kommentar suggeriert, dass man fehlgeschlagene Quests neu annehmen kann ohne diese vorher abzubrechen. Ich kann dazu aber keine weitere Quelle finden, lediglich Leute die sagen, dass man failed Quests erst abbrechen muss:
