Four items (and, respectively, NPC's that drop them):
Belmara's Tome from Abjurist Belmara - patrols west part of the village next to tower.
Cohlien's Cap from Cohlien Frostweaver - patrols north-west of village town hall, south to the tower.
Luminrath's Mantle from Conjurer Luminrath - patrols east of tower and town hall.
Dathric's Blade from Battle-Mage Dathric - inside town hall itself.

All NPC's will become neutral to the player, once their respective quests are turned in.
Regardless of what is listed, the drop rate is actually 100%, as you would expect for a quest starting item.

2) jegliche Einträge zu Luminrath bei wowwiki & wowpedia lassen die "wird neutral nach Beendigung der Quest" Info vermissen: NPC, Questitem, Quest, trotzdem weiß ich aus eigener Erfahrung dass es so blizzlike wäre, es würde sich mit den anderen NPCs decken und mit den Kommentaren auf Wowhead:

After completing these quests the NPC's which you have set to rest are no longer hostile. They are neutral towards you.
