[Shaman][Item][Spell] Elemental Shaman T8 4P bonus is not working correctly

Ele Shaman t8 4P bonus (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=64928) does too much dmg right now. If you crit with lightning bolt, the Electrified (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=64930) dot will tick 2 times on the enemy but the damage of those ticks is wrong. Right now it does 8% of lightning bolts damage per tick. It should be 8% divided between those 2 ticks. So 4% each. Right now it's 8% each so it's basically doing double the damage that it should.
This effect should also stack aka it should be a rolling spell.

Should basically work the same as the Ignite(rank1) (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=11119) talent from Fire Mages which does work correctly.
