[Spell][Paladin] Casters get no benefits from Judgement of Wisdom and Light

Right now, casters will not gain any mana or any HP if they hit targets that have those judgements on them, with their spells. The judgements work fine with melee attacks but it would seem they do not proc from all damage schools which makes casters gain absolutely no benefit from those.
