[Spell][Priest][Mage] Faulty interaction between Arcane Power and Power Infusion

Right now, if a mage has Arcane Power (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=12042) buff on himself and a priest tries to cast Power Infusion (https://db.rising-gods.de/?spell=10060) on him, it will properly not apply and tell you that a stronger spell is already active BUT the Power Infusion will still go on cooldown. This is obviously wrong, it should NOT go on cooldown if it didn't apply.
