Every time you shapeshift into a druid form (and probably other similar stuff) while having https://db.rising-gods.de/?item=31109 equipped will give you an error message "You are in the wrong zone". I'm guessing it tries to update the effect for that particular shapeshift cycle but if you are not in Shadowmoon Valley it will throw you an error. Misc issue, just a slight annoyance.
