[Howling Fjord] "Towers of Certain Doom" Questevents

Beschreibung
The Questevents for the Quest Towers of Certain Doom are nearly completely missing. And that what is working is wrong.
How it should be:
- The player uses the questitem and shoots a red projectile to the trigger on the roof of the tower. OnSpellHit the trigger grants the questcredit to the player
- The trigger causes a red pillar, looking like the projectile
- After some time some cannonballs fly to the tower and kill the creature which are on the upper platform of the tower, not the creatures on the ground and not the player. This does not grant any xp to the player!
- Then the tower begins to burn and smoke and after some time everything ends
