[Howling Fjord] Events for "Send them Packing" are wrong

Beschreibung
The events which are played by the Abandoned Pack Mules are wrong. Blizzlike they should follow a path to the next "exit" of the caves. On our server they only get unclickable and walk some meters before they despawn.
The second problem is that there are too less mules spawned.
