[Quest] Negolash anlocken

Das Endevent bei der Abgabe der Quest "Negolash anlocken" wurde überarbeitet.
Beschreibung
When completing the quest Enticing Negolash (which is a part of Facing Negolash), the Ruined Lifeboat should fill with bread, bottles and meat, and the giant should approach the boat from the sea.
Right now, he just spawns near the boat without any sort of event.
Also, the boat's gameobject rotation is wrong.
