[NPC] Mona Immerquell

Mona Immerquell in Dalaran weist nun Passanten den Weg, wenn sie gefragt wird.
Beschreibung
NPC should have a directions menu, compared its entry in creature_template to the rest of the similar NPCs in dalaran and it's missing the gossip menu and has a different run speed from all of them which is set to the default value while all others have a different value.
